Book Review "Photographing Horses"
Photographing Horses by Lesli Groves (available at Amazon - linking disabled for new members. sorry)
I am quite possibly the world's worst photographer. And videographer for that matter, as my boarders can attest (I send video updates every month - my high point was sending a boarder a video of his black colt learning to load into a black trailer parked in the shade........), so this book was a perfect gift for me.
It is a basic "how to" with clear reasons for the "why" behind the how. Most inspirational for me is the exercise of photographing a model horse and learning from the results. How brilliantly simple!
Highly recommended for the less talented among us
