Transfer papers? Empty Transfer papers?

My mare was subscribed as a KWPN mare. When I look at her papers, all her ancestors were subscribed trakehner. I've contacted the woman who breeded her and she told me it is a lot of paperwork to subscribe a horse trakehner, so she did it trough KWPN.
Is there any way to reverse it?
