My baby had her baby :)

Everyone's foals are so cute! I am always looking but have been a tad busy with other things LOL. But 3 weeks ago, my baby, Emma (Emerald Fire by Oskar o/o Encore by Frankly Diplomatic xx) had her colt by Tate at day 356. He is HUGE!! I am 5'10" and his back comes to my breast bone (kid you not) and is solid muscle. I'm very excited about this colt. I thought she'd never have it  and then I thought Soleil would go before her! How tall do you think he's going to be?

Told you I've had other things going on! LOL  sheesh this month has been crazy, but in a good way  just no time to post etc. sigh

Since he was born half grown (LOL).... I actually think he is going to be very tall.  I am 5'10 and he comes to just above my breast bone at his back (not hip/wither... BACK) now at 5 weeks.  My vet on day 1 said at his well baby check "Good Lord that is a big baby" - and he is solid, even on day one he wasn't skinny or "new born".  LOOOOONG legs - they are almost as long as mom's.  I'm going to guess he'll be 16.3 - 17 hh but we'll see.    My farrier told me I needed to put a saddle on him before  he got much bigger (snort).  Totally smitten with him.
