Another Hello from CO

Another Trakehner owner in Colorado. I found the trakehner breed 15 years ago when I worked at Evensong Farm in Florida. I was fortunate to handle the stallion Eligius, got to handle many foals and yearlings and purchased my first trakehner, Mein Federspiel. Feder was a dressage horse, who also learned to trail ride, jumps, ride western and do obstacles with me.

Sold on the breed, I purchased my second trakehner 2 years ago, ImmyLou (by Tradition out of Itsela by Martini). She is my first young horse and has been a dream come true. She is a great all around horse. We trail ride, school cross country, jumps and does dressage. My husband feel in love with her too, and even showed her in hand as a 5 year old and presented her for the ATA inspection. Hope to have some results to add to Showing come this spring in both dressage and eventing.
